Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any service, game, or application provided by Arouay Studio ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

App-Specific Terms

Eligibility

Our services are not directed to children under the age of 13. By using our services, you represent that you are at least 13 years old (or the minimum age set in the app-specific terms, whichever is greater). Acceptable Use

User-Generated Content

Some of our services allow you to submit text, names, and other content ("UGC") that may be visible to other users. You retain ownership of your UGC, but you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, distribute, and moderate that content for the purpose of operating the service.

You are solely responsible for your UGC. We may remove content, suspend accounts, or restrict features at our discretion to enforce these terms or applicable law.

Intellectual Property

All software, artwork, music, and content provided by Arouay Studio is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use our services for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without notice, for any conduct that we believe violates these terms or is otherwise harmful to other users or the service.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arouay Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our services.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the developer's country of residence, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. App-specific terms may specify a different governing law where required.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes within the relevant app or on this page. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
